A Dream Wedding at Villa Augusta Insula: Ana and Vedran’s Intimate Celebration on Lastovo
When Ana and Vedran reached out to me with their change of plans due to Covid, I was thrilled to hear they wanted to celebrate their wedding on the beautiful island of Lastovo.
With their original Icelandic plans altered, they chose one of my favorite destinations, and I was overjoyed to be available for their special day.
Having visited Lastovo three times, I’ve always left with a sense of serenity and joy, and this time was no different.
The island’s tranquil atmosphere and stunning landscapes provided the perfect backdrop for Ana and Vedran’s intimate wedding at the lighthouse.
The couple’s vision was to bring their godfathers to Lastovo for a few days and exchange their vows in a setting that was as breathtaking as it was personal.
I spent an entire week with them at the charming Villa Augusta Insula, nestled in the picturesque Zaklopatica.
This villa, with its unparalleled views and serene ambiance, quickly became a favorite of mine, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.
Experiencing this kind of wedding—a serene, island celebration surrounded by close family—made me realize just how special and unforgettable such intimate gatherings can be.
After their beautiful coastal ceremony, Ana and Vedran hosted a lively celebration in Zagreb for all their friends, bringing their wedding experience full circle with joy and festivity.
