Photographer Josipa Uzelac Takes You on a Journey of Togetherness and Optimism Through Women's Solidarity.
The sisters chose their first cousins, with whom they grew up, and their children as models. The cinematic shots project sincerity, warmth, and love. The sense of belonging to a family, which is always the greatest support, is the central theme of their winter dream. The rustic setting of the family house garden in Odra, belonging to their cousins, served as an intimate set in a natural environment familiar to the girls.
Handcrafted wool sweaters, handmade lace—used as a leitmotif throughout the collection—and vibrant colors, combined with the girls' feminine grace in the raw ambiance, create the energy of the SOPAR girl: focused on the small things from which big moments arise.
The hairstyles were done by Mijo Majhen, makeup by Anamarija Delač, nails by Maja Marušić from the Nokteraj salon, and the sweets for the shoot were prepared by one of the sisters' cousins, Iva Valičević, from the restaurant LaPaloma.
